don't buy in Walnut Glen, the Home Owners Association is crazy & I've seen them waiting until 4 AM to tow someones car! And they send someone "on the board" or whatever to your new place the FIRST DAY you move in to tell you how the empty condos are only empty because the people couldn't handle the rules and to make sure you follow them because they aren't afraid to tow cars without permission, etc!! And they have NO SYMPATHY for any sort of situation. So if you DO buy here anyways, make sure you never get sick/go on vacation/etc because if something happens around your home and you aren't there to immediately fix it or answer their mail/calls/texts, then you're just SOL.

why are so many condos for sale ?
