Nordic Village - Can Sleigh Rides Lead to Sales??

I want to give a huge thanks to Monika for welcoming me to AR - I'm still surfing around to catch my bearings but hope to have more posts in coming weeks. I wanted to post this video clip for any agent out there who has heard of Nordic Village or Luxury Mountain Getaways. Nordic units are selling in the $200s for the 2 bed 2 bath units. They have indoor pool and fitness center as well as an adult only fitness center (you have to pay extra) very aggressive onsite rental program. I know some agents from So NH have worked with the buyers on some units. There are so many fun amenities nearby for owners and visitors...like the sleigh rides at Nestlenook Resort (part of the Luxury Mt. Getaway family)...will this sleigh ride lead to a sale? :)
