San Antonio Realtor Sells His Air Force Recruit a Home 15 Years Later
Back in California in 1997, college student Angie Wilkerson was looking for some adventure and direction in her life and thought maybe the United States Air Force was a way to do it. She soon met with Air Force recruiter Master Sergeant Joe Corwin at his office in Roseville, California. After hearing of all the benefits of joining the Air Force and going on a base tour with MSgt Corwin to Travis Air Force Base, she decided to join.
After four years of service and living overseas in Japan and Turkey, she went back to California to help her family. After deciding to move to San Antonio recently, Angie began looking at real estate on the internet and was surprised to find her now retired Air Force recruiter was selling real estate in San Antonio. "It was great to hear from Angie again" said Joe Corwin. "It is always great to hear from my past recruits and how they enjoyed their Air Force experience. Being able to help her again with an important decision was extra special".
"Moving to a new state is hard, and knowing who you can trust in today's real estate market is even harder" explained Angie. "When I started looking for an agent to help me find a house in San Antonio, as soon as I saw the name Joe Corwin... I knew he had the experience , and integrity, and would be the best person to help me. I knew this because everything he had told me during the recruitment process of entering the air force 15 years ago... was absolutely correct. I knew that he was a person I could trust to help me find a house and relocate to San Antonio".
Within a couple of days after contacting him, she flew down to San Antonio and worked with Joe Corwin of SellSmart Lone Star Real Estate and his team looking at homes. She found her dream home after looking at about 30 homes and could not be happier. "Joining the Air Force and serving my county was one of the best decisions of my life, and moving to san Antonio will be the next". I've been very happy working with Joe and his team, and would use them again, no questions asked".
