Angel, Can you imagine being able to sell these homes to first time homeowners with access to a loan that is under 5% with No Down Payment, No PMI, No Appraisal Fee, and No Closing Cost, except for pre-pays. Now, I am asking you to go one step further, what is you could sell this to an ITIN client.
