Learning should be a part of every Realtors daily activities.  We try to learn at-least one thing new every day.  We have great training videos that our Company provides.  Also, Active rain has tons of information that could keep you busy for hours. The internet is your friend, You can find articles about any subject you can possibly thinkk about

Experience comes from learning from your mistakes.  Im sure everyone has had their moments where things did not go according to plan but its what you do to learn from your mistakes that gives you experience.  When we first started the business we did not know much but if someone asked a question and i did'nt know the answer, i would write the question down and find the answer.

The most important thing to do is to "Do".  Many people will say well i dont know how or i don't know but if you don't try it or go looking for the answer you will never learn.  Sometimes people are afraid to do something and are afraid to make a mistake but guess what everyone makes mistakes.  But you must learn to get up and learn from those mistakes.  So don't wait till you say well ill do it when im ready, its like when you were young and playing double dutch, you are unsure if you should jump in or not.  The best thing to do is to just jump in and not be afraid.

Frank Schulte-Ladbeck Professional Real Estate Inspections - Houston, TX
I just realized that here is another person from my area up at night posting to their blog. You are the third one so far. Good advice. I was asked recently if I was at all busy considering the market. I answered that sure I was. He said you have that many clients. I told him that I was taking the time to either market, network, or study to improve my skills when not on the job. Studying with some hands on experience definitely was the most important. I got a laugh from a friend when I asked to inspect his house for practice. I treated the whole thing like a normal inspection, just so I could try out some new procedures.
