Goldenrod Estates, Lots and Homes, Richmond, Tx

Goldenrod Estates is a small subdivision in the country located between Richmond and Katy, Tx.  It is a gated community of about twenty homes and on 24 lots.  One horse per acre is allowed.  Homes are architurally controlled.  Community water is available with individual septic systems.
