Do you remember the 5th Dimension song called "Up, Up and Away"
or most know it as: "Wouldn't ya like to ride in my beautiful balloon?".
The Second Annual Balloons over Branson Creek Missouri is set for October 19-21.
The Balloon Festival kicks off on Friday night and is offering a tethered balloon ride for $10 on Friday,for those who want to ride in the balloon but have an earthly anchor.
The featured event will be the balloons from all over the United States, that are participating in the event.
In addition, there will be powered parachutes and sky divers.
A dog walk on the Branson Creek trails will benefit the Shepard of the Hills Humane Society.
Of course there will be food (great barbecue), vendor booths, music, drinks and live entertainment for the festival.
All proceeds from this event benefit the Ozark Mountain Family YMCA.
