Sunridge Canyon is an upscale golf course subdivison in Fountain Hills, bordering the city of Scottsdale on the west, Four Peaks Mountains to the east, and along the north side lies Goldfield Ranch and the Fort McDowell Indian Reservation.There are custom home developments, track homes, and patio homes offered for sale in Sunridge Canyon. Sunridge Canyon Home Owners Association maintains the common areas and meticulously manicured grounds. The fees may run from $125 to $230 per quarter, depending on the individual home. The annual meeting of the HOA is held in the month of April and is open to all residents.
The Fountain Hills Unified School District oversees the public schools in the area. These include McDowell Mountain Elementary, Fountain Hills Middle School, and Fountain Hills High School.
Golden Eagle Community Park is close by and within minutes of Sunridge Canyon. The Park offers tennis, pickleball, picnic facilities, and softball fields. Hiking, Mountain biking and Horseback riding is right outside your door in the nearby McDowell Mountains and Sunrise Trailhead.
