Lou reminds us all to never hide from whatever we had to face in the past. I believe there is a reason why you came out of the bad situation you might be hiding. You are probably wiser because of it no matter what it might be. LIVE and LEARN.

Thanks Lou!

Love and light,

What You Live Through Makes You Stronger

“I’ve never tried to block out the memories of the past,

even though some are painful. I don’t understand people

who hide their past . Everything you live through helps to

make you the person you are now.”

Sophia Loren, Italian Actress

As I see it . . . . . . .

What you live through makes you stronger

It’s so true your lives are defined by the challenges that you have overcome.

The key word is overcome . . . . If you allow your challenges to overcome you, they take control of your life  . . . . And you lose control of what’s challenging you and your challenges start to control your life and results.

Some of the challenges sweep into your life and seem to overwhelm you. No matter how dark and overwhelming the challenges become. You have re-main in control of your emotions to resolve the challenge.

You can’t deny the condition or run for the hills. you have to face the challenge head on and do the best you can to bring it to a successful conclusion.

What you live through makes you stronger . . . .
