I first became acquainted with Big John in the early 70's. A true hippie type he lived at the time in Cuprum Idaho an old mining "town" way up in the mountains (this is after going to Reed College among other things).
I would run into him here and there throughout the years. He walked into my office one day and announced that he was buying a house- he had inherited some money!
He bought a two bedroom house in Fruitland. For awhile it was distinguished by having a sheepherder wagon in the back yard. Big John isn't a decorator, it could use some interior paint, but it's ok as is. John has decided to relocate near his sister in Nevada. The house is $60000, and I think it'll qualify for any loan.
