Home Sales in Candler Park Atlanta - 3Q 2012
We have some fantastic news to report for the Candler Park real estate market! The 3rd Quarter (July - Sept) results are in and things are definitely looking up, especially in Candler Park Atlanta.
When looking back over the last five years (during the same timeframe), more homes are selling and average home sales price is at its highest since 2008.
The average sales price in 3rd quarter of this year was $443,941… up 9.2% from 3Q 2011 and up a whopping 22.3% from 3Q 2010.
Not only are the average home sale prices on the rise, the number of homes sold last quarter is up by 53% from the same time last year—and the highest in four years!
