Looks like great fun! What could be more appropriate in this desert community with golf courses everywehre you look. I don't think we will be out there so take lots of photos or a video.
Having a golf cart parade is a good way to bring visitors to your city. Which means you may want to have vendors etc! Which means that someone could get a lead or two!
