In order to qualify, Vice Presidents of Mortgage Lending must attain one qualifying tier from each category:
Category 1 (Volume/Units):
1.) Must fund a minimum of Thirty Million Dollars ($30,000,000.00) in 1st Mortgage Volume
OR
2.) Must fund a minimum of One Hundred Fifty (150) 1st Mortgage Units
Category 2 (Purchase):
1.) Must fund a minimum of Fifteen Million ($15,000,000.00) in 1st Mortgage Purchase Volume
OR
2.) Must fund a minimum of Seventy Five (75) 1st Mortgage Purchase Units
Michael Dunsky, who currently sits at the top 10% in the company-wide rankings, has exceeded both of the Category 2 requirements, funding an impressive 204 units for a staggering total of $58,522,056 through August of this year.
