What am I supposed to write about? Sometimes it happens. I get stuck sitting here thinking about what I can write that will be of substance or interest to the wonderful people of ActiveRain.
I'd like to share a few things that may help you when you've racked your brain trying to come up with new and innovative ideas only to be stumped.
First off, check out some of the other blogs on the Blog Dashboard. Go and participate by reading and commenting on other blogs. You will be amazed at how ideas stem from becoming involved.
Another avenue are the Groups. Just the same as the blogs, this is another great way to get ideas. The difference with the groups is that you can find specific topics that interest you.
In addition to those two, write about your community to post at localism.com. This is a good idea. This will seriously help to increase your web presence when the site is launched to the general public. John Occhi wrote a good blog about using localism to help leverage the search engines.
Finally, if you can't think of anything. If you've visited the blogs, the groups or you have written about your community and still can't come up with anything. Write a blog about not being able to think of anything to write about! Ha Ha.
