Open House at Carroll County, MD CTC Friday Photo ~ Claire took us along last night CCCTC held it’s annual open house. She has already completed her application to the cosmetology program and looking forward to her Junior year when she can begin learning the skills to pursue her passion. Here’s Claire, my youngest, posing with the mascot at CTC. (aka, CTC, CCCTC, The Tech Center). The Carroll County Career and Technology Center is a wonderful opportunity for public school students across the county.
