Kirkland Real Estate Neighborhoods in Harmony Sablewood

Seasonally Speaking of Sablewood

Look familiar?  If you live here, it should!  Last Saturday it looked this way before the wind and rain denuded it.

Autumn in Sablewood (aka Bridle Trails aka Kirkland aka “lil piece of Heaven on Earth”) is more distinctive than in many neighborhoods simply because we believe and act on our responsibility to the environment.  And it shows.  Stewardship is a tremendous responsibility.  What we do today our great-grandchildren will be living in and talking about whether we’re here or not.  So we strive to leave a legacy of love and support, for them and for our neighborhood.

To those of you leaving the fold, we all wish you the best, of course.  For those of us remaining, our joyous responsibilities continue.  Kirkland is more than just real estate.  It’s neighborhoods comprised of caring people, epitomized in Sablewood!  Let’s be the best Stewards we can and have another great holiday season.

With regards and respect,
Your neighbors,
Phil & Patti Leng

I was up your way last weekend. I love the eastside during this time of year. I was on Rosehill Kirkland and had to run over to Redmond then took a drive down W Lake Sammamish Parkway. It was gorgeous!
