Get this please, contractors: Realtors can sell the shiney penny faster and for more money. Here is the maddening thing: The shiney penny does not have to cost more. But you need good taste!!! MAKE FRIENDS WITH ARCHITECTS. VISIT IKEA. It will pay off BIG TIME.
