Step 1: Become an Opportunity Warrior
Whether you are a part of a team or a solo agent, get started and serious about your lead generation. I have had to work so hard on getting serious about this but it works. IT REALLY DOES!!! Set aside 2-3 hours a day for different types of lead generation. I typically make phone calls for an hour daily and then i try to go door knocking 1-2 times a week. Remember that converting leads to appointments is Top Priority and that every lead is golden.
