So true Dick. I've got a client now who has a chunk of money in the bank ( from a recent home I listed and sold for her) and she's reluctant to reinvest - but she's spending 1200 a month on rent. I keep working at the education process with her --- why? why? why? So many affordable homes make it less expensive than renting.

These homes are very affordable.  But, they all must have one acre or less.  This price range is within so many people's reach, and I hope you and Mary can sell LOVELAND!

Hi Dick -- that's quite a bit of inventory available for those who are in a position to make the move from renting to owning.

I see your homes are selling right at asking.  Ours are normally above about 107% due to biddings.
