  The Northwest Allen County community of Holly Ridge is a 96 single family homesite neighborhood first developed in 1993. Located 1/4 mile North of Dupont Rd on the East side of St. Rd 3 (Lima Rd). The area is serviced by Northwest Allen County schools  with home prices averaging in the $140,000's and are up to 19 yrs in age.  15 Homes are built on the community pond with a common walking path around the pond accessed from multiple points in the community. Holly Ridge is also close to shopping and dining and is within a 10 minute drive to the new Parkview Regional Hospital.
