Sharon - those are some powerful words and so true. So often we take things personally never considering that maybe the person's had a bad day or are in some kind of pain be it emotional or physical. To be able to live be this credo is to find freedom from unnecessary pain and suffering. Thanks for the reminder!

Kristine-I really liked this because of my sensitive nature I take a lot of things personally and I would love to be free of unnecessary emotional pain.

I wish this was an easy process, unfortunately my fragile ego is not very cooperative in the process.

Sharon -- so true -- I've never seen this quote before but it is certainly true.  As Kathy commented -- not easy but anything worthwhile, rarely is.   Thanks for sharing.

The comments by others are a reflection of THEM, not us, Sharon. Very awe inspiring quote today... we all love as much freedom as we can find.

Michael-I hadn't either and I like it because it hits so close to home. It isn't easy but I have gotten somewhat better. You are most welcome.

Gary-I wonder about that. I like my personal freedom.

Boy, Sharon, this is a hard one for me sometimes. I have to step back, re-evaluate, take a deep breath, let GO. So important and simple a message but profound!

Sharon - those are powerful words but not often easy to follow. That's when counting to 10 (or 100) comes in handy :)
