Hi Michael,

Interesting post. Hopefully the housing market in the United States is turning around and is on stable ground. Sounds like the rental market is strong there.

Thanks Steve- I think we're more stable now than in recent past. And yes, the demand for rentals is quite strong up here. Seeing sizable rent increases. Good for the r.e. market :)
