Sales question for realtors

By
Home Builder with The Millworks of York Co.

What is your outlook on this market turning around?  When will homes begin to sell again?  When can I bust lose with speculative construction?  Its a hard question to answer, but I promise not to hold you to it.  LOL  Please show some cautous optimism in your when responding, and describe the markets you are referring too.

Thanks   GR

I believe that if the home is priced right, it will sell. In Lake County Florida, there are buyers out there. There are also ALOT of overpriced homes too.

Austin Texas really has not lost much ground.  We went up almost 7% last year.  The media is to general and Real Estate is a lot more specific to an area.

Also being from Austin Texas I have to agree with Jeff, Austin's housing market is alive and well.. the rates going down yesterday are just going to add better sales for our market.. Real Estate is more local than most folks realize.
