Life At Radiance-
Life at Radiance is casual. It combines the best mix of small town living with big city amenities. The neighborhood is a good mix of people in all stages of life- first time home buyers, working professionals, those with young families, and empty nesters. There is something for everyone. The Radiance HOA (managed by CDC Management) has regular meetings to discuss improvements and maintenance of the community. And there are annual yard competitions and 4th of July celebrations planned by the social committee.

Townhouse Floor Plans
The townhouses were part of the Inspiration Collection. There are 6 floor plans available for the townhouses throughout the subdivision.  They are all either two or three bedrooms and range in size from 890 square feet to 1375 square feet with one or two car garages.

Single Family House Floor Plans
There were 3 collections of houses offered at Radiance- the Illumination Collection, the Celebration Collection, and the Destination Collection.  The Illumination Collection are alley access homes with great front porches and lots of windows. They range in size from 1536 square feet to 1905 square feet. The Celebration Collection ranges in size from 1547 square feet to 1865 square feet. They are single family homes that offered 3 bedrooms and a bonus room. The Destination Collection ranged in size from 2192 square feet to 2701 square feet. They offered 3 or 4 bedrooms and have interesting architectural details. There are a few of these Radiance homes that have have 5 bedrooms since the original buyers took the option to create a 5th bedroom when the house was being built. They are pretty rare and tend to sell very quickly.

Property Prices
Depending on the overall real estate market, the townhouses range in price from the low $100,000’s ($115-140,000) in 2012 to the mid $200,000’s ($208-240,000) in the 2006 market. The single family homes range in price from the upper $100,000’s ($169-$189,000) in 2012 to the upper $200,000’s ($270-299,000) in 2006.
