Tell A Story With Photos
A lot of times as an agent, you want to tell the story of the home using photos. You can now do this on the details page. When you add your photos, you can click edit and add a description to any photo. All photos with a description will show up on the details page, so you can highlight some of your favorite home features, or walk a buyer through the entire home by adding a description to each photo. Instead of just showing photos, now you can tell a story of the home.
Location, Location, Location!
Real estate isn't just about the home... it's about the location! Instead of making the location an afterthought, ask your photographer to take a few photos of the neighborhood too. We've created an entirely new "neigborhood" page where you can upload photos and descriptions about the neighborhood. Whether it's a charming street, a fun local park, or great shops and restaraunts, now you can sell the location too!
Video, Front and Center!
Nearly all property sites let you add some video these days. But we took it further. Many of you are now using video as your primary tour in place of photos, so we created a special video page that let's you embed your youtube video in nearly full screen glory. Just copy and paste the embed link, and we'll automatically resize the video to fill all the space on the page, and automatically resize it depending on whether it's a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
