Stock Construction to join Lennar Homes
Treviso Bay in Naples is already the top bundled golf course community in the area...and it has just been elevated once more. Just announced is the addition of Stock Construction to Treviso Bay.
Lennar purchased the only PGA TPC golf course community in Southwest Florida last year and has sold over 80 luxury homes since January. The addition of Stock Construction not only solidifies Treviso Bay in Naples as the best value in bundled golf, it also will go down as best quality as well.
Initially, Stock Construction will build 26 homes in the first phase at Treviso Bay. This rollout of homes will be priced starting in the $600's. They will range from 3250 sq ft to over 4000 sq ft.
The model homes will begin construction soon and estimated for completion sometime early next year. Stock will be building two models, the Muirfield III and the Ponte Vedra Grande.
Until sales begin, you can purchase any of the luxury lines of homes that Lennar currently offers, from around $200,000 into the $700's. Lennar currently builds Terrance Condominiums, Verandas, Coach Homes, and two lines of single family homes---the Executive and Estate Series.
