Rolling Tool Case - Rocks!

By
Home Stager with Redesigned Spaces - Northern Virginia

I think most IRIS members probably have this Stanley tool case on wheels but wanted to let everyone else know about it.  This tool case is PERFECT for staging, redesign jobs or the home owner who is short on space and wants all their tools in one convenient easy to move location.

The two upper compartments on the lid are great for holding writing pens, pencils for marking walls and furniture pens.  The inside removable tray is great for holding tools and the compartment underneath the removable tool tray is great storage for magic erasers, extra light bulbs, extension cords or additional tools.  I use the lower storage compartment for my carpet and wood floor moving pads.  The tray that swings out has about ten small spaces that are perfect for storing nails or various picture hanging hooks (although to small for the dry wall hooks). The outside pocket is great for keeping a color wheel.  Best of all it rolls so it is not heavy.

This product is found at Wal-Mart in the tool section and for ONLY $25.00 dollars.

Cindy and Kim - It is great tool box to have.  In fact I wish I had found it earlier to store all my tools for my home in.

Lori - I would say there is a good chance they would carry it.  If not, someone else had posted something similar that was a tool caddy for pets and available on-line.

I have a rolling suitcase that I put everything in and I love it, don't know how I did without it. Now I need a nice tool belt I keep misplacing my hammer and cell phone.

Phyllis and Ronelle - the rolling suitcase is a good idea as well.  Of course, you don't have the compartments but I would imagine the suitcase offers more room to pack more stuff.  I love the rolling case but it doesn't hold a drill.

Sandra - I couldn't have found this post at a better time -- CATASTROPHE has struck!!  I LOST my toolbox during this past week.  (Don't ask me how one does this but between staging three houses in the last couple of  weeks and having way too many storage locations . . . . .  it happened!   Anyway I am so lost and have been putting together a list of what I need to put another together.   First thing I'm going to do is go and buy this very toolbox!  - Thanks for the post -- and the rest of you for your input as well!

Sheila - the site had some cool rolling tool bags as well but it is hard to beat the $25.00 price tag at Walmart!  Thanks for the link, I am going to save for future reference.
