Hobbit Cafe

One of our all time favorite restaurants is The Hobbit Cafe, formerly "the Hobbit Hole"

It used to be two blocks from the building I started my Real Estate career in.

Once I tried their interpretive cuisine based upon the characters from the fantasy novel " The Hobbit" I was hooked.  That was a brief 35 years ago.

Today's scrumptiosness is illustrated within....

It was wild Carribean Salmon with jerk sauce.  It came with a pineapple chutney and perfectly prepared seasonal veggies and curried rice.  The addition a chopped avacado  on top made it even more special.

It was perfection on a plate and the serving was large enough thar i ate my fill and we will both enjoy the left overs for dinner!

It seems that these folks just keep getting better at what they do.  Guess their goals are similar to those of us still aspiring to make each day, each year better than the previous.

The Hobbit Cafe, formerly "the Hobbit Hole sounds like it could easily become on my favorite places to dine list.  Just the name alone is enough to draw people in.....

That looks and sounds so appetizing, Jeanne & Ralph. I still remember the story about the Hobbits. Thanks for sharing.

The Hobbit Cafe sounds like a wonderful place to dine while in the Woodlands; like your philosophy to make each day better than the day before.
