Facebook Fridays - The Late Evening Edition!

Many are wandering about what directions Facebook is moving in regards to pushing those with Facebook Business Pages to start paying to advertise and to attract more fans. I won’t spend much time addressing this issue here since since Anita Clark and Mykel Martin has already posted about “The Future of Facebook”, and “Facebook - Let My People Go!”. I am hoping that Facebook will not charge and keep our Facebook Business Pages Free of charge to attract friends and fans.

It you haven’t joined our Facebook Friday’s Group, now might be a good time to do so. This is one place that you can stay up to date on many of the things going on with Facebook. I know many are spending more time with Google Plus, Pinterest, and Twitter, but Facebook started as a nice place for social networking, keeping up with friends and family, and for promoting your business, when they allowed us to create a Facebook Business Page for FREE.

Here are my five candidates for November 2, 2012.

Jan and Ralph, I believe many have already made to move to using Google Plus more. I have already created a Business Page on Google too.

btw about google + and FB pages. Seems now every business has auto FB page( it is automatically assigned, do you think it is via Yelp? ~ or Google? Also somehow each of my email has a google + profile( also auto), I tried today to connect them and to post my information....but in general I don't use google + at all. Not yet at least.

There is an idea for you: post google+ profile links. So, we can connect there and it is much easier to communicate via google + comparing to fb page.... What do you think?

Hi Inna. I see more and more AR members communicating on Google plus these days. I was not aware that business pages were automatic, since I had to create my own Google Plus Business page. If you are not already on Google Plus, I would suggest that you start to be more active over there.

BTW, Your Facebook Business page looks great too. You may click on my Google Plus button in my Signature block above.
