Dave Phillips Opened Our Eyes

I attended one of our LBVR association meetings today. One of the guest speakers for the day was Dave Phillips, Chief Executive Officer for the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS®. Dave gave a power point presentation on  the Swanepoel Trends Report.  I've always believed that the use of technology plays a big roll in the real estate market. But, I know there are agents and brokers out there who do not embrace it and even fear it. I for one have searched AR for the tools to grow my skills and have found that in just the short time I've been utilizing the ones I didn't know about. It's already made a difference.
