The following rental statistics are all median values on single family detached homes and patio homes leased within the last 6 months.  They are between 1000 to 3000 square feet, built after 1996, without pools and without furniture.  Age restricted communities have not been included in these stats.

Praful - While it certainly is a seller's market in Las Vegas right now, the same rule of thumb doesn't seem apply to rentals.  Anything over 6-7 weeks supply and it starts to feel like a tenant's market.
