
I am greeted with surprise when I tell of my experience in selling my father-in-laws home in Pinecrest, FL - listed, sold and under contract with a back up buyer in 12 days.
It shouldn't really be a surprise since I did my homework before listing the home. I am Principal Broker of Catherine Cornelia Real Estate in New York. I started my real estate career working with ITT Community Development Corporation in the NY office and was licensed to sell Palm Coast, FL in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. I am familiar with marketing Florida properties and we decided to offer this home as a for sale by owner and I handled the negotiations as the family representative.
