It's that time of year again. In fact, I have had the privilege for several years of writing about the Holiday Craft Show in Fairfax, Virginia at the Fairfax High School. This years event will have dolls, baskets, floral items, jewelry, paintings, pottery and more. The price for those over 18 is $5 for a one day pass while a two day is $8. Children under 18 are free!

I enjoy going to events like this one. The dolls and jewelry are my weaknesses. We have a few shows here in Concord, N. C. around this time of year. They are so much fun. It is also a good way to begin the Christmas shopping.

Hi there David. I love these festive events and I can nearly hear the Christmas music playing softly in the background. I don't put up Christmas decorations until after Turkey Day, but I do get into the spirit of this most wonderful time of the year.
