Finding Rentals In Adjoining Areas Listed In Adjoining MLS systems

Members of Jerseyshore MLS can use the Data Co-Op feature to find rentals listed in Trend MLS.

We have had multiple requests for rentals to house FEMA workers & contractors working in the area,

or if unable to locate closer accommodations for displaced residents, you can use the Data Co-op to find properties in adjoining areas.

See below on how to do the search.

1) On the search Screen select Rent only and a price range.

2) You can even put a central address and a commute distance in and see all the properties within that distance in Trend MLS.

I am not a member of Atlantic MLS , but agents who belong should see if rentals are available in Northern Atlantic County for displaced persons from LEH/Tuckerton.

Monmouth County agents with access to Garden State MLS or other services should consider looking in those services for displaced Monmouth/No. Ocean persons.
