Make this a guilt free holiday by participating in the Turkey Trot

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Preferred Realty

We are all approaching that time of year that we all love, family, friends, vacation time and a of course all those delicious treats and that we can't help but to over indulge on. Make this year guilt free by participating in the Turky Trot and burn some of those calories to make room for all the well deserved holiday feasts.

Orland Park is hosting a 2.5 mile run through the streets, paths and woods open to all ages through out November 2012. This will include the Turkey Trot for adults on November 17 for the Kids Turkey Trot, followed by a Turkey Shoot on November 18th, the Diaper Dash for the little ones and of course the adult Turkey Trot on November 22nd, after all, we need more time to train and get into shape, right.

This is a great event to help bring the community together and promote healthy activities just like holidays should be. There will be prizes awarded for participation and winning the race as well as raffles following the event. Click here to get more details on this event.

Hope To See You There Enjoying The Event And Staying Healthy!

I am going to need to do a lot of trotting after I eat all that turkey and mash potatoes. Might need to do a turkey marathon down here.
