The Caribe Resort in Orange Beach Alabama has historically been one of the hottest selling luxury resort condominium complexes on the Alabama Gulf Coast, yet that title has recently been granted to Turquoise Place Resort, which has closed over 50 units since June alone. The Caribe Resort's popularity and strong rental history, make it a very stable buy for investors. Two bedroom units average around $26,000 a year, with a high in the $32,000 range. The three bedroom, there bath units average $35,000 per year, with a high of $38,000. It is interesting to see the difference in rental income that adding a half bath to the three bedroom units, with the average of $40,000 and a high of $46,000.
