Clifton Park Village is an older, small neighborhood of 62 single family homes that connects to the Montgomery Knolls Subdivision in Silver Spring, Md 20901. This subdivision is tucked in off of University Blvd at the corner of University and Piney Branch Road. The neighborhood is friendly to commuters, convenient to the Beltway, Downtown Silver Spring, Washington, DC and close to the University of Maryland in College Park.
In this mature, established area with tall towering trees shading the streets. The homes are quaint, mostly frame, with the cape cod as the dominant house style. The Homes were built in the late 1930's to early 1940's. Some of the houses have been restored 
and added onto in recent years and because a lot of the homes are frame they are painted a rainbow of colors.
