Sun City Grand is a great place to be today.

I closed escrow on a home for a wonderful couple in Sun City Grand. The best part of this Sun City Grand sale is . . . I had a fabulous agent on the other side, our Miss Leolinda Bowers, along with the best, in my opinion, Escrow officer from First American Title in Surprise Arizona, Amanda Zalenski.

Things don’t always go forward every day in the progression of a sale these days. When you have a core group of people, that are positive and assertive, you can move mountains!
