Ok, Ok, so the award is from Houston Home Staging:

But folks, this little (vacant) listing came a long long way, in just three days time.

It's not the most glamorous house that we've done this year, but it's certainly one of the most gratifying projects that we've done this year.

I think the most remarkable thing is that you can purchase this house for only $175,000 US Dollars! It's a very comfortable home, and can easily be 'dressed up' or 'dressed down' depending upon your taste and lifestyle!
