  Consumer Beverage is a one stop shop for all things liquid...alcoholic or not....in every flavor, blend, bubbly, brown, clear, red, green, blush, white...you name it....and if you can name it...likely they have it !

    A while ago we were introduced to Seven Daughters Winery.....and their offerings in red and white varieties.  I reminded David on  replenishing trip to Consumer Beverage to see if Mike had Seven Daughters in stock...or if he could order it.

      A cell phone call from David reported that Mike said they did not have "Three Sisters" wine offerings...sooooo...I asked him to ask for Seven Daughters...voila...it IS in stock at Consumer Beverage in Hales Corners, Wisconsin on Highway 100 just south of Edgerton and north of Grange Avenue.

    We have found that even for guests who do not usually drink wine...Seven Daughters quickly becomes a favorite.

Seven Daughters White Winemaker's Blend

These are the seven "daughter" grapes in this delicious blend:
23% Pinot Gris
19% Orange Muscat
19% Symphony
17% Riesling
11% Gewürztraminer
8% Sauvignon Blanc
3% Chardonnay

The way the sweeter varietials balance with the drier Chardonney and Sauvignon Blanc will please a wide range of white wine drinkers. It's nice and fruity, but not excessively sweet. If you can force yourself to share, this wine would be great at your holiday gatherings or as a hostess gift! If you can share...

Winemaker's Notes:
"Crisp, fresh lychee (a Chinese fruit with a floral smell and a fragrant, sweet flavor) and mandarin oranges with bursts of intense tangerine and closing notes of spice."

Seven Daughters Rich Red Winemaker's Blend  Mike says:! It is big, rich and smooth with a lingering finish that leaves you wanting more!
