Suaan - Thanks!  Today is pretty stormy here, but it is a great area.

Donna,  sounds like my kind of listing.  I always thought I wanted to own waterfront property, but 20+ years in real estate changed my mind.  Now I live one mile from Lake Erie. I can walk or ride to lake and enjoy being on or near the water without the headaches and expense.  Still others are drawn to the water no matter what the cost or challenge.

Mary - Thanks for a great perspective. There are a few homes not too far from me on Plum Island that are in danger of collapsing into the water as one did last year. As enticing as the ocean is, it is also very powerful, as Hurricane Sandy just proved to be. I also, enjoy it from a distance.
