The View From 400K is much like the view from 100K. I remember breaking that first milestone and seeing no end in sight to my drive to get to the top ten in Michigan. At 300K I hit a wall. I wasn't seeing the silver lining anymore just the cloud hanging over me. I hadn't received any referrals or leads and was really struggling to sign in everyday. Thanks to Eric Michael coming up on my heels I picked up my game to keep from being passed. Not sure if it is being extra busy in my real estate world but I just can't seem to feel the urgency to keep hitting Active Rain hard every day. I have always tried to do real posts, not just point gatherers but lay my heart out so to speak. I tried Localism posts for a while and did get a few calls. Mostly from people wanting to know where the parade was lining up at an event. Eric eventually passed me. Those post a day challenges are definite point makers but at 400K I am not seeing the value of points I can't spend. I still have my favorites. Especially the inspectors where I pick up tidbits on what to look for. I think it has made me a better agent by reading. Jay Markanich and Clint Mckie both do daily posts and are always a good read. Lenn Harley is one of my all time favorites as she says exactly what she feels and I have to respect that. James Dray humbles me every morning by throwing words at me I have no idea what they mean. Entertainment awards go to Roger Mucci for his wit and I always enjoy anything Brad Andersohn and Bob Sewart have to say. It has been a great ride and while I may not be breaking any point accumulating records I will see you all at 500K soon. Best of luck in all you do and thanks for reading.
