I am defitently sad to hear about some of the ice storms and harsh winter weather around the country...of course, here at the beach in Myrtle beach SC, has been ridiculously summer like. I am persoanlly a winter type person (love to ski), but i guess i can't deny liking a little 80 degree weatehr in the middle of January. Not too mention, i hope it entices the buyers!!!
Want to get away form the coled, i have some great ideas, and one of them is South Carolina...the other is North Carolina (more specifically Brunswick County...the 8 fastest growing county in the nation). Get in on some good deals, while they are "hot" and be able to negotiate now while there is still alot of inventory. We are seeing some great negotiating percentages for buyers off the listing price, but it won't stay like that forever.
An old African proverb i think applies great to Real estate: "the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the 2nd best time is NOW"...take it however you want, but since i doubt you have a time machine, i think you know what to do today!
