Thankful for Family

Hi Tamra thank you for your kind comments.  I agree hopefully we show appreciation for others in our family as well as well as the outside world.  It means the world to me when I have done something for someone and they acknowledge that fact.  I don't expect it, but it does mean the world.

Hi Cindy, Thank You!  I love putting the slide videos together because then I go back through the photos and all the memories come flooding through.

Christine, I have found that as I have grown in my years (we don't get older we just grow in our years), that family is more precious than ever.  They have always been first priority to me, but even more so now. I am fortunate to have the love returned it does keep one's heart warm and full.

Joni thank you so much on all counts !!!!!!!!  Sometimes it is hard to show just how much you love and cherish each other and a video can express in photos and music what is more difficult in your own words.  Thank you again you are very much appreciated.

Patricia thank you so much. Though my family has been through many hardships, and trials, some of which are still on going, we have endured with the Grace and Love from God and will continue.  We have each other and even if sometimes it is not realized that we are there by all, we are ever supported with lots of love and prayer.  No one ever guaranteed that this life would be easy, but it is guaranteed that we are ever loved and revered, we only need to look and ask and believe.  Faith is trusting what you cannot see.  Have a beautiful week.

Christine, family is so important it is a huge part of the roots of our tree of life, without it life can be so much more difficult.  We need to treat family well even if we disagree.  I think huge lessons come when as parents we try to control outcome too much and not let others walk that path of learning that they need to walk.  I do speak from experience and know that it is support you have for people that works the best.  I have learned to "Love them through whatever it is" and let them fall or stand, just be there to catch them if need be.  We really only have one path that we have a little control over and that is our own.  Thank you so much for commenting.  My guess is that you have good relationship with family.

Patricia You make my heart sing!  I cannot imagine my life without my family, I am deeply committed to them and to theirs.  I do not interfere, but am always there, you have described me so well.  I have to say given the choice of me or them, there is no choice it would always be them, I have lived so much longer and they have so much living to do and I am good with that.  Patricia thank you also for the kind comments, it is such a gift to be appreciated for what and for who one is. Ginger you are right, family is "The most important" thing we have.  You are blessed and I would be willing to beat they feel the same way.

Ginger when I ws growing up we always had a crowd for dinner any time.  My mom always made sure there was enough room for anyone who showed up and there was always enough food and a place around the table for everyone.  I have to say I miss those days they were great.
