Real Estate Trends - Palmdale, Lancaster, Nov 8, 12
The real estate market is going to have some big changes in the Antelope Valley over the next few months as we head into the new year. We are expecting to see a slowdown of short sales and of bank owned properties. Investors currently have been scooping up the low-end of these homes with a vengeance. This is actually caused prices to go up slightly on the lower end homes we expect to see this trend going forward into well into next year.
