Everyday, I am contacted by REALTORS, Real Estate Professionals nationally that have "PURCHASED" a list for this purpose. BEWARE, the seller of these lists are taking your hard earned money!!! The lists ARE NOT current! I have said this for many years!

I've got two companies I work regularly for and they are good as gold. There is another company that owes me $450.00 and continues to ask me to do a BPO. I've got to the point of accepting the BPO and when they ask where is my report I ask where is my money. They still call me!

We used to do a lot of BPOs but the guys we worked for started the slow pay track. In fact one of them still owes around $1,700 for around a year now and they had the nerve to call yesterday to see if we could do another one for them. Ummmmm.... Not till y'all pay what you already owe.

James - I constantly receive emails from companies to send me BPO, if I pay initial processing fee. I don't follow up on their proposals. Thanks for the warning.
