Buyers are buying homes in Barrie:
387 homes were sold through the Barrie and District Association of REALTORS® in October 2012. According to the Canadian Real Estate Association, this is an increase of 24% from the same month last year. Of those 387 sales, 228 were in the City of Barrie during the month of October 2012.
Walter Doret, President of The Barrie and District Association of REALTORS® explains that resale housing had a rebound in October after a bit of a slowdown in July, August and September.
There are only 2 months left in the year and Barrie is well on track for the best annual sales figure in 5 years.
