Have you tried the new "Next Generation Salad Bar" in Addison? I have!
Located at 4930 Beltline Road, Suite #110, Addison TX, Salata is a dining experience for the hungry and the healthy. You get to 
choose the ingredients in your salad and watch as it is being prepared. The cost is a reasonable $8, or if you would like protein, chicken is an additional $2 and seafood an additional $3. There are also wraps on the menu for $7, $8 or $9. The prices includes the sales tax, too.
Soups, brownies, drinks, and bottles of their signature salad dressings round out the menu.
My salad was personally prepared by the owner, Mark Robbins (pictured left). It was delicious! And huge!
Salata has locations around Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and one in California. The Addison restaurant has been open for a month. If you haven't tried it yet, get yourself over there!
