Real estate is a business that includes more than just “people skills.” It requires administrative, marketing, networking, and negotiating skills as well.  For that reason, Kimberlee & Irma joined forces to create The Desert Dream Team.  We both have different  skills and we  work together with a strategic plan for providing our clients with the best possible service.

For buyers, we do property searches, showings, write offers, negotiate deals, ensure all loan requirements are met, make sure all parties involved (i.e. mortgage broker, escrow agents, listing agent, etc.) are on task, bring the deal to closing, and follow up after they’ve moved into their new home to make sure they had a positive experience. On many occasions, more than one team member is involved in this process!

For sellers, we create customized marketing plans for each listing, which can include things like individual property websites, professional photographs, advertising, print media, social media and more. We take pride in getting the most exposure for our listings online, and also talk to the top agents in our area to get the word out about each property we list.

The Desert Dream  Team has structured ourselves to deliver unsurpassed service and expertise to our clients . If you're planning to buy or sell real estate or know anyone that is, the Desert Dream Real Estate Team is the one  team that can deliver results that you can measure, by allowing you to keep more of your equity at closing! An individual agent trying to do everything alone is like a heart surgeon trying to perform surgery totally by himself. There are too many things that can go wrong or be overlooked. That is why we are a team because two agents is better then one.

With in depth local knowledge of Palm Desert, Indio, La Quinta & Coachella, WE ARE YOUR Desert Dream Team!
