Good Morning Dick, I am seeing a similar pattern of a decrease in sales number but an increase in values. The decrease in my area is resulting from a decrease in homes for sale. I have buyers ready, willing and able to buy... just no homes listed for them... who whould have thought? Have a great Sunday
Always great data, Dick. I did find it interesting that your inventory 10/11 and 10/12 was substantially the same. I know we linger in a 25-40 listing range year to year, but now I've got to go check. Great graphics.
